Item description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager who can develop effective relationships with line managers and provide a professional HR/IR service to the business. Responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, handling all industrial relations related matters, supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of the company’s strategy and objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
•Qualifications: BTech HR Management or equivalent qualification.
•Experience: minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/IR related field.
•Must be fluent in Zulu and English.
•Salary offered: Between R15 000 – R20 000 per month depending on experience.
•The position being offered is for a fixed term contract of 6 months.
